This is a rare cover, as it is an officially licensed Edgar Rice Burroughs comic book cover featuring the approved likeness of Tarzan actor Casper Van Dien. This cover art was used for an Comics in Idaho fundraiser for the Boise Public Library, the state I grew up in, and captures a never before scene of Tarzan vs. Tigers, which was how he was depicted in ERB early writings of the character, which was later changed to Lions in the published version of his writings. This is my ONLY Tarzan cover ever, and a rare item for a collector.

This sassy illustration is a very finely rendered prelim for the Notti and Nyce comics title from Contraband comics, and I am a monthly cover artist at this time (2014-2015). This is 13x20 rendering in black prismacolor, airbrush and hand painted acrylics. The color painting already sold directly to a collector.
